After nearly three years and more than 300 community meetings, the Prince George’s County Planning Department is excited to release the Comprehensive Review Draft of the of the new Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations. Please provide your input through CiviComment, email, phone, or in-person by December 15, 2017; it is essential to the project’s success.
Copies of the revised draft regulations is available at www.zoningpgc.pgplanning.com, and on CiviComment for public input at https://pgplanning.civicomment.org/. After the public comment period, the revised draft will be presented to the County Council for additional action and final approval.
