Who is helping modernize the County's land use codes?
The Prince George’s County Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations Rewrite is being led by an experienced team of planners from the Prince George’s County Planning Department and supported by a diverse, expert team of consultants. The team is advised by the Zoning Technical Panel, which is comprised of a group of subject matter experts who provide general feedback on major issues of policy.
